Collectionastyle provides equipment selection guidance and consultation services. As these are informational services, standard return policies for physical products do not apply. This policy covers our consultation and guidance services.
Return Terms
Timeframe
You may request a refund for consultation services within 14 days of service completion, provided the service has not been fully utilized or delivered.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 14 days of service completion
- The service must not have been fully delivered or utilized
- You must provide a valid reason for the return request
- You must not have violated our Terms of Use
- The service must not have been customized specifically for your needs and already delivered
Return Costs
For consultation services:
- Service Refunds: If a refund is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, minus any transaction fees incurred by payment processors (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount)
- No Return Shipping: Since we provide services, not physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns
- Processing Fees: Any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted from refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a consultation service order before the service begins:
- Before Service Starts: Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
- Within 48 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
- After Service Starts: No refund available once the consultation has begun

- We will confirm cancellation and process any applicable refund

Equipment Purchases
Collectionastyle provides guidance and recommendations only. We do not sell equipment directly. Any equipment purchases made based on our recommendations are subject to the return policies of the respective equipment vendors or retailers.
We are not responsible for returns, refunds, or warranties related to equipment purchased from third-party vendors based on our recommendations.
